Staff easy to work with from sales person to finance person. Very little haggling. I did my research on the new vehicle and my trade in and went to webb and gave them a price i thought was fair and they actually came back a couple hundred $$ less. I was in and out in about an hour not including test drive.

We bought our 2023 Tahoe there new in July 2023 along with a service contract to cover oil changes and tire rotations. We have had. Issues with their service department off and on since then, including the fact that they have repeatedly tried to charge us until I remind them of the service contract each time which is in their computer system! On September 29, 2025 they performed recall service on our vehicle regarding the 6.2 V-8 engine which required changing the oil to OW40 and all future oil changes. Our service contract has expired so today we had a local business change our oil. Imagine my shock when I pulled my last two Repair Orders from Webb’s to show them what type of oil was needed and I see that Webb’s had gone back to using OW20! When the recall was completed they were required to place a green cap on the engine to remind them to use OW40. The cap is there but they ignored it and used the cheaper incorrect OW20. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!!

This was a smooth vehicle purchase that took less than 2 and a half hours start to finish. Are sales rep, the sales manager, and finance were transparent throughout the process removing the tension and anxiety often associated with a vehicle purchase. We are all enjoying the new car.

So oil change was fast but 2 minor issues keeping me from the 5 star. 1. oil life was not reset. Thought it was funny cause she told me it was 27% but it was actually 42% when I pulled it up. 2. Most other places toss it through the wash just not sure they have the unit to keep up with that type of volume it would create so I get it. Other wise service advisor on my account was friendly and nice to work with.

Took my 07 Vette in for yrly oil change and Multi Pt Check and evaluation of "clunking sounds". Multi Pt showed Pwr Strg Hose leaking and no real solution for "clunking". The Mechanic was pretty thorough but could not isolate the "clunking". I'll have to check with my corvette buddies. Also signed up for a quick hand wash, because a bird had pooped on my hood. They just rinsed the car off with water and left the poop. That's OK cause I'm a good poop cleaner upper.

This happened 3 months ago and my local dealer (Bill Kay in Lisle) stated that it was a loose battery connection after 5 days in their shop. My vehicle went dead again and I tried to get it in at the dealer and they could not service my vehicle until the next week. I called Webb Chevy and they had me tow it them and would look at that day. The service consultant, Samantha Jordan, was great in checking me in. I got a call the next morning from Samantha and said my vehicle was ready! The Tech, JBern, found the problem, bad BCM, and replaced it. I am truly great full to them in getting my vehicle back to me in record time!

He was really nice, patient, kind, understanding, and definitely not pushy like those other salespeople are at other dealerships. I was eyeballing this '03 mustang GT for a while now, and one day I decided to go in with my friend to get this car. Damian saw how invested I was in this car, so we took it for a test drive. Had my 2023 Buick Enclave serviced at Webb today. The driver's footwell felt cold even with heat on. Their very thorough inspection found that the seal where the steering column goes thru the firewall was not seated properly. They re-seated it for proper fit. Service Rep Samantha was great. I don't know the name of the Technician but many thanks. Highly recommend Webb Chevy Plainfield.

Even though I didn't buy my 2025 Colorado zr2 from this dealership, they treated me very well and will be using them for service from now on.

Very pleased with the final outcome. However, there was a lack of communication regarding the status of the vehicle, especially with how long it took to complete.

I switched to Webb from an another local Chevy dealer due to their low quality customer service. I have since had great customer service from Webb. This particular time Megan went above and beyond by helping me apply some of my Chevy rewards to my payment, which lessened my out of pocket , unexpected expense.

My initial reservations about this dealership have been resolved truly, I respect and appreciate the fact that they were willing to work with me to get my vehicle fixed months after sale and most dealers would have wrote it off. Jimmy, John , and the back office covered the cost to fix a diagnostics that was a nuisance to a new vehicle. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and wanting to be cared for a customer first mindset. 10/10 will buy again! Thank you fellas again and god bless sincerely!

Needed some hub caps installed. The went above and behind and washes the snow and salt off the truck bedore they applied and were very quick. Thanks to Will and his guy for making it happen.
