So oil change was fast but 2 minor issues keeping me from the 5 star. 1. oil life was not reset. Thought it was funny cause she told me it was 27% but it was actually 42% when I pulled it up. 2. Most other places toss it through the wash just not sure they have the unit to keep up with that type of volume it would create so I get it. Other wise service advisor on my account was friendly and nice to work with.

Took my 07 Vette in for yrly oil change and Multi Pt Check and evaluation of "clunking sounds". Multi Pt showed Pwr Strg Hose leaking and no real solution for "clunking". The Mechanic was pretty thorough but could not isolate the "clunking". I'll have to check with my corvette buddies. Also signed up for a quick hand wash, because a bird had pooped on my hood. They just rinsed the car off with water and left the poop. That's OK cause I'm a good poop cleaner upper.

John (manager) immediately agreed to let me take the truck for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) with zero hesitation or pushback. Our salesman, Michael, gave us tons of space to inspect the vehicle without hovering or pestering us. What really stood out was how they treated my family. Car shopping with two small children is tough, but the entire team stepped up. Michael helped entertain my son as he would randomly interrupt our conversations. Marcin brought my oldest coloring supplies to help pass the time, and Sergio even helped clean my son's hands in the showroom. It felt like a style of customer service from a better era, where folks were a bit more present and attentive, even though doing so wouldn't benefit them directly.
