They fixed my check engine light and also completed the existing recall. I have to wait a few days due to the parts but overall, I am happy with the job well done.

My 2025 Tahoe completely went dead, although the battery was fully charged. This happened 3 months ago and my local dealer (Bill Kay in Lisle) stated that it was a loose battery connection after 5 days in their shop. My vehicle went dead again and I tried to get it in at the dealer and they could not service my vehicle until the next week. I called Webb Chevy and they had me tow it them and would look at that day. The service consultant, Samantha Jordan, was great in checking me in. I got a call the next morning from Samantha and said my vehicle was ready! The Tech, JBern, found the problem, bad BCM, and replaced it. I am truly great full to them in getting my vehicle back to me in record time!

This place did not disappoint! My guy Damian Padron was an amazing guy, if I were to come back to this dealership for service or updates, he's my guy. He was really nice, patient, kind, understanding, and definitely not pushy like those other salespeople are at other dealerships. I was eyeballing this '03 mustang GT for a while now, and one day I decided to go in with my friend to get this car. Damian saw how invested I was in this car, so we took it for a test drive. I fell in love with it immediately. I could not describe with words how excited and thrilled I was to have the opportunity to drive and invest in this vehicle. I am glad Damian was there to help me out because this was one of my dream cars as a kid, and it has become a reality thanks to Damian.
