Had my 2023 Buick Enclave serviced at Webb today. The driver's footwell felt cold even with heat on. Their very thorough inspection found that the seal where the steering column goes thru the firewall was not seated properly. They re-seated it for proper fit. Service Rep Samantha was great. Even though I didn't buy my 2025 Colorado zr2 from this dealership, they treated me very well and will be using them for service from now on.
Very pleased with the final outcome. However, there was a lack of communication regarding the status of the vehicle, especially with how long it took to complete.
I switched to Webb from an another local Chevy dealer due to their low quality customer service. I have since had great customer service from Webb. This particular time Megan went above and beyond by helping me apply some of my Chevy rewards to my payment, which lessened my out of pocket , unexpected expense.
I don’t know where to start. Jimmy P. and John M. got me taken care of and squared away willfully and with client satisfaction as the main priority. The dealership repaired a cracked exhaust and replaced front brakes that several other dealers never located or repaired. Highly recommend going here for car repairs! I found Webb Chevy because I was in the middle of a move to Tennessee and my brakes were making grinding sounds and slipping. I got my brakes done at a different Chevy dealership days before and Webb Chevy discovered that they used after market brake pads, rotors and the control arm bushings were damaged.
