Very professional hit me in and out fairly quickly product was listed well and was what I excepted when I arrived

We bought our 2023 Tahoe there new in July 2023 along with a service contract to cover oil changes and tire rotations. We have had. Issues with their service department off and on since then, including the fact that they have repeatedly tried to charge us until I remind them of the service contract each time which is in their computer system! On September 29, 2025 they performed recall service on our vehicle regarding the 6.2 V-8 engine which required changing the oil to OW40 and all future oil changes. Our service contract has expired so today we had a local business change our oil. Imagine my shock when I pulled my last two Repair Orders from Webb’s to show them what type of oil was needed and I see that Webb’s had gone back to using OW20! When the recall was completed they were required to place a green cap on the engine to remind them to use OW40. The cap is there but they ignored it and used the cheaper incorrect OW20. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!!

Jimmy and his team did a great job very good description of the vehicle quit no xx service satisfaction with vehicle and customer service was great. Jimmy did a great job on not adding unwanted services. He was very professional and help get me in and out quickly, good job good place to buy. Vehicle.

This was a smooth vehicle purchase that took less than 2 and a half hours start to finish. Are sales rep, the sales manager, and finance were transparent throughout the process removing the tension and anxiety often associated with a vehicle purchase. We are all enjoying the new car.

Our 5 year-old daughter has special needs and uses a wheelchair, and Alexander went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He helped us make sure her wheelchair would fit in the trunk of the vehicle we were looking at, which meant a lot to our family. He even brought out coloring books for our kids to keep them entertained while we talked. Alexander was respectful, never made us feel pressured, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. It’s not often you come across someone who is this thoughtful and accommodating. Called and did not have appointment but they still manged to get me in. Service was good and fast. My only bad was just cost fore tire rotation that use to be included in oil change. They washed the car . So Service wise all good. Send coupons like you use to.

Needed a part for our Trailblazer. Parts department employee was very helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Was very satisfied.

So oil change was fast but 2 minor issues keeping me from the 5 star. 1. oil life was not reset. Thought it was funny cause she told me it was 27% but it was actually 42% when I pulled it up. 2. Most other places toss it through the wash just not sure they have the unit to keep up with that type of volume it would create so I get it. Other wise service advisor on my account was friendly and nice to work with.
