Bought a 2024 Chevy Suburban in late June, took it in for
Bought a 2024 Chevy Suburban in late June, took it in for its first service. Only to have to take it back in because the transmission has to be replaced. Called Webb Chevy only for the sales manager to say well you bought it now, you have to deal with it. Take to a local shop and they will fix it. Not sure I want it back after the new transmission is put it.

My experience with Webb Chevy Plainfield was nothing but exceptional! I commuted in from out of state to purchase a used vehicle from their lot and they had everything ready for me when I got there and was able to make the transaction very quick and easy. Walter who I worked with in sales was very responsive with all communications and was on top of everything for me to help get me on the road quickly! Vincent in financing was also extremely helpful and thorough with me on all of the different options for loan terms and rates to get me the best percentage possible!
