Sergio was outstanding, very kind and accommodating. Made you feel like family and very comfortable. My wife had some health problems and he took care to see that she was very comfortable. We purchased a Silverado High Country and we are very happy with it and love the a Pearl color. Vincent was outstanding too. Very accommodating and professional and he explained everything well. I was really pleasantly surprised when I visited Webb
I was really pleasantly surprised when I visited Webb Chevy to test drive a car this month. We progressed into a sale, and I went home that day in a new vehicle and I'm really enjoying. Sergio, Vince, and the team were helpful, friendly, and most importantly to me they worked quickly. My experience with Webb Chevy Plainfield was nothing but exceptional! I commuted in from out of state to purchase a used vehicle from their lot and they had everything ready for me when I got there and was able to make the transaction very quick and easy. Walter who I worked with in sales was very responsive with all communications and was on top of everything for me to help get me on the road quickly! Vincent in financing was also extremely helpful and thorough with me on all of the different options for loan terms and rates to get me the best percentage possible!
