My experience with Webb Chevy Plainfield was nothing but exceptional! I commuted in from out of state to purchase a used vehicle from their lot and they had everything ready for me when I got there and was able to make the transaction very quick and easy. Walter who I worked with in sales was very responsive with all communications and was on top of everything for me to help get me on the road quickly! Vincent in financing was also extremely helpful and thorough with me on all of the different options for loan terms and rates to get me the best percentage possible! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!

The overall way this dealership does business makes me want to come back the next time I shop for vehicles. I was in the dealership for a few hours because I had to get several forms from my employer, my insurer, a discount code from Costco, and I was financing. It is a process. During that time I never heard any high pressure tactics, there were no heated conversations from unhappy customers. The staff was professional. Kevin Leon was a huge help. He makes sales look easy even though I know it’s not. The finance guy was competent and did not put high pressure on additional sales. The paperwork was accurate. I never felt like I was engaging in verbal pugilism with a business that was trying to take advantage of me. It’s been two days since the sale. I’ve looked over all the paperwork after the fact. The people at Webb Chevrolet dealt with me fairly and honestly. I’m happy with the deal.

Then Jimmy P followed up and set the tone for the whole car buying experience. From the first conversation with Jimmy, he made us feel like we were in the best hands. Then when meeting Jimmy and the team onsite, it was an even more welcoming experience. We had the pleasure to have multiple conversations with the Webb team as we were waiting for a few items to be finalized with the process - everyone was great!
