Had a really great experience. Our sales person was very friendly and answered any questions we had. A truly great and honest man. The dealership on a whole was a very friendly place. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and relatives.
I have spent roughly $1500 on this vehicle since October when it was "certified." This includes all new tired a month after I bought the car. When I asked why the tire was flat I was told by the salesperson and service that it was the weather. Nope not the weather. There was a horizontal slice through the tire. I was told I had about half the life left on the tires. Nope again, I had about another 1000 miles. I have avoided going back for anything but when my check engine light came on I thought the warranty would cover it. Nope. More out of pocket money. I also just found out that one of the wheel bearings is bad and I have to pay for that. I have never replaced a wheel bearing on a car in my life and this vehicle is only 3 years old??? I can't wait to see how much this car will continue to cost me. Oh and I was also basically bullied in to buying this car from the get go. I will continue to avoid going back at all costs.

The actual service rendered was fine and done so in a timely manner. I had a wheel replaced and my request for them to put the replaced wheel back into my truck was not done. Since then I have been in contact with Devin the service manager and waiting to see if they will be able to return my wheel or service a credit.
My salesman Daryl Tidaback was excellent at what he does very knowledgable.People like him is the reason customers go back and send others to Webb Chevrolet.Once the deal was done he helped set up my phone and onstar to work correctly. He was very knowledgable in explaining all the different accessories in the truck. over all i couldnt of asked for a better salesman he was great. Hope he is there next time i need a new truck.
I was in a hurry - only had a lunch hour, which is why I made an appointment (surprise how smart). And this was communicated when making the appointment. I arrive and I get Patti - who doesn’t understand the urgency and really had no idea what my appt was for, even tho I made an appt. I told Patti at the beginning that i WAS ONLY quoted the labor. And I only had my lunch hour. If this was an issue, no work should have been started - but it was and I spent the appt all stressed out. And her sarcasm made her look pretty unprofessional. The work gets done but my recall could not be addressed, even tho it was a part of the appt but I guess that would have pushed it way over the hour (again, what’s the reason for appointments)...when Patti came to get me she just kept rambling that the price is what I was quoted. She checked and it was...now remember at the beginning I said what - that I was only quoted the labor. I thought her comments were odd but I understood why when I got the bill. Now if my reaction did not re-enforce the fact that I was never quoted for the rim, well, she missed the mark - but I know she knew because who goes on and on about prices matching a quote after the work is done? Okay - it’s on me because I didn’t get a quote in writing. But she also had no idea if the rim replacement took care of my leaking tire which makes me think - thank god she is not my employee. That was the entire purpose of the appointment- to change the rim and prevent future leaking. Why else would I pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix a bent rim BEHIND the tire that no one can see?!i only learned of it when I went to fix the leak in my tire. I am so angry and disgusted still - I feel completely ripped off. This negated any positive experience I have ever had at this dealership. I learned an expensive lesson. Cross my fingers that my tire does not go flat. And I will never be back.

When I pulled into the service department it took a few minutes for someone to come out, also the tech that drove my truck put it in park before The vehicle came to a complete stop . Then they said that I needed more maintenance to be done to the vehicle, but the maintenance that they recommended I had just done it my self one week before (I GUESS THEY REALLY DONT DO A POINT INSPECTION LIKE THEY SHOULD ).. Another thing that happens was that another customer had his pick up scratch on the door by who ever wash it .
