I received an oil change and car wash in approximately 45 minutes. I thought that was really fast and was happy to wait. I appreciated the car wash! The young man who checked me in was also very nice. Good job.
My frustration stemmed from the fact that on multiple occasions I was told that the dealership was "backed up on oil changes" and the one transmission technician had to perform them rather than work on the many transmission issues the dealership was facing. To me it appeared like a strict business decision where you can charge for the oil changes rather than the warranty work on my vehicle and that's fine, but dont tell me that. As a customer it made me feel unimportant which presumably I was since my car was under warranty. For over three weeks it appeared as if little was done to the vehicle as I would drive past Webb Chevy twice a day and I would see my car sitting in the same spot and I had a hard time accepting this. I also had three different rental cars over the period of three weeks, and not all the blame falls on Webb Chevy. Kristina and Devin worked hard to keep me in a vehicle so from that standpoint the service was acceptable. .All in all, I wasnt satisfied.

Every thing went great. I keep a clean car but I got it washed anyway. I hate to be such a jerk and even say anything because its really nothing but some one left a smudge in the middle of my window. I also got my oil changed and when the sticker was changed they left the glue from the old one.
Jason, the sales rep at Chevy, went above and beyond the call of duty from start to finish! I can buy a car anywhere but nowadays great treatment, going the extra mile for the customer and great service are becoming extinct in this country. Needless to say, I am definitely recommending this location to everyone based on the great service I received!
