They called and said my work truck was ready for pick up and when I showed up my truck wasnt even worked on, a different company truck was done and they didnt verify with my coworkers or my self to see whos truck was worked on! Very poor work ethics at the dealership
On March 10, 2020, I was at your dealership at 9:20 am for a 9:30 am service appointment. I was told that the service would take two hours, The service advisor asked me if I was waiting for, or dropping off my vehicle, I said I was waiting for it. After waiting for 3 and a half hours, I asked the service advisor if the car was ready because I waited for three and a half hours, and no one gave me a status on it during that time. I had to ask myself since no one had given me an update in those three and a half hours. I was told that the vehicle had to be in there for at least 2 to 3 more hours. The service manager had no clue what was going on, he had no idea I was even waiting for the vehicle, and he wanted nothing to do with me. Did not offer to reschedule or apologize. I asked him for his supervisors business card, I took the card he gave me, and asked a sales representative who that gentleman was, I found out he gave me his own card so that I wouldnt be able to speak to the general manager. The sales representative told me who the general manager was, I went to speak with him, explained my situation. I do not appreciate being treated like this, and have my day and time wasted just for them to have no work done on my car in three and a half hours. I had my 6 year old son with me, and was late to work. You lost $450 today, and a repeated business on regular service for my 2015 Chevy Suburban. And you lost a sale, because I was thinking of trading it in within the next few weeks.
I felt like the price I was given was higher than other dealerships. I should went somewhere else. Also when I ask about price matching they said no. Then I asked an manger then he said he try to honor the price.
I came to Webb Chevrolet after Hawk Chevrolet mistreated my 2017 Chevy SS. First time visit went well so I returned this past Saturday. However I forgot to tell Service Writer dont wash my car with your scratch machine. Shame on me. I got to spend my Saturday in the garage first washing, then polishing then paint coating my SS back to its usual near pristine state. Sunday morning I go to watch dash cam video of my car going in the scratch tube. The video ends with my SS getting pulled into the scratch tube. Oddly your employee turned off my dash cam for approximately 15 minutes before the video picks up with my SS waiting in the service pickup lane. What was done to my vehicle that the person in whose possession I had left it thought it best to hide any evidence? Can you give me one legitimate reason for that to have happened? But wait! Theres more! I decided its now warm enough to take off my winter tires so Sunday afternoon I did just that. Imagine my surprise when I placed the socket on a lug nut and it moved without any input from me. Yes, the left rear lug nuts were not secured. At best all 5 lug nuts were finger tightened. I guess whatever was going to happen to my car with the dash cam off was so important that properly torqued lug nuts just wasnt a priority. This is inexcusable. Had I gone anywhere but straight home from your dealership on Saturday I may have lost a wheel, possibly at highway speed.
People were friendly and had no negative experience. The only thing holding me back from a 10 is the length of time for the oil change. I waited 70 minutes. If we could get it to 45 minutes you guys would be golden!
Both sales and service personnel are great. Any issues, they take care of it right away. The two issues that I had; 1.) When running my credit, they did not disclose that it was being sent to multiple merchants so, when I started receiving rejection letters in the mail...lets just say I was surprised and my credit took further hits as a result; 2) the certified GM used cars is definitely overstated. Ive had just as many issues with the certified used car as I would any other used car.
