Having an expensive repair is never easy but your staff worked with me every step feom the repair to the loaner car witg being a workimg mom was greatly appreciated! I will be using Webb chevy from now on for all my service needs.
My vehicle was not washed during my oil change, even though it was listed on my itemized receipt. I was also offered a new filter that cost $240. I spoke with a separate mechanic a week later who said that is an unbelievably high price for a piece of that nature. Not thrilled that they tried to rip me off.
First day my mother and I came in looking for Daryl Tidaback because we heard good things. Turns out all the good things we heard was true, he is considerate, informational, & down to earth great guy. When we came back to buy the car I told Daryl I wanted to be in and out. He hustled & I really appreciated everything he did for us that day because I wanted to just get it done due to having a bad day at work. Thank you Daryl & thank you Chevy Webb, my car is great, my salesman was great. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Service was fine. Although. For a scheduled oil change. How do you not have parts in stock. As far as the dealership goes. Not good. Please contact me. Was sold a used car Known major engine issues were not disclosed at the time of sale. Major repairs needed. Because these issues were not disclosed. Yet documented by your service department. They need to be fixed at your expense or I will take legal action
This was my first time at Webb Chevrolet and I found the place acceptable. The service rep had my vehicle taken to the mechanic who checked out my issue. They did not have all of the parts on hand so they gave me a loaner vehicle so they could make the repairs the following day. When I picked up my vehicle, I found that the issues were corrected and I felt the bill was satisfactory. Thank you
